ML51BB9AE is an enhanced 1T 8051 core microcontroller with built-in Flash. The typical power consumption in normal operating mode can reach 80 μA/MHz and the power consumption in sleep mode can be less than 1 μA. This series has a maximum speed of 24 MHz and a built-in 38.4 kHz low-speed internal oscillator, supporting a wide voltage operating range of 1.8V to 5.5V. ML51BB9AE contains 16 Kbytes of Flash and an additional 1 Kbyte of on-chip auxiliary RAM (XRAM), is equipped with rich peripherals, and is available in MSOP10 packaging.
